We understand that plans can change, so we offer a simple and transparent cancellation process.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
To cancel your order:
Email us at hello@aeruxfootwear.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may still:
Refuse delivery when the courier arrives (in which case, the refund will be processed after the package returns to us), or
Request a return after delivery under our [Return & Refund Policy].
Return shipping costs may apply unless the cancellation is due to an error or defect on our part.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or wallet) within [5–10 business days] after cancellation approval.
COD Orders: Once cancelled, no amount will be charged. If already shipped, please refuse delivery to avoid charges.
We do not allow direct modifications to an existing order (e.g., size, color, address changes).
If you wish to change details:
Please cancel your current order (if unshipped) and place a new one.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
The product is out of stock or discontinued
There is an issue with payment authorization
There is a pricing or listing error
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
