If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll help you with a hassle-free return or refund process — because we want every Aerux experience to be as smooth as our sneakers.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and invoice included.

  • The product was purchased directly from our official website aeruxfootwear.in.

Items purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or using discount codes may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products that show signs of wear or use

  • Socks, innerwear, or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Customized or personalized sneakers

  • Gift cards or store credits


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email our customer care at hello@aeruxfootwear.com within the eligible return window.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is defective or incorrect)

Step 2: Return Approval

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll share detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.

Step 3: Ship the Product

Send the product to the address provided.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless:

  • The product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please use a trackable courier service for safe delivery.


4. Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.
