Exchange & Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

  • The item was purchased directly from our official website aeruxfootwear.in.

Note: Products purchased during a sale, promotion, or using a discount code may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn or used sneakers

  • Socks or innerwear (if applicable)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards or store credits


3. Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Request a Return/Exchange

Contact our customer support team at hello@aeruxfootwear.com within the return period.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Clear product photos (if defective or wrong item)

Step 2: Approval & Instructions

Our team will review your request and send you return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Step 3: Shipping the Product

You are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within [5–10 business days] to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges will be shipped once your returned item passes inspection.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
